I spoke with hiring manager, by phone for 1 hr, then had another 1on 1 in his office for 1.5 hours, At that time I met several members of the sales team.I then had telephone interviews with the field channel managers. whole process took 3 weeks to a month.
Benefits are excellent and my team members were top notch.
The people I worked with not on my team were great, and top notch.
However, I would stay away from Kaspersky commercial sales - In 2009 the ISR's goals were raise over 100% in six months. Not one ISR met goal during the first 3 quarters of 2009.
One comment I will never forget though was," If someone told me six months ago I would be doing XXXXX
I would have said no @$#^$$# way, Now I guess I have just gotten use to it."
