My interview process began with a phone call from one of the associates on the team, during which she asked about my general interest in the role, my most recent experience, and what my goals were. The call was short, maybe 30 minutes. Because I lived close to the office, my follow-up interview happened in-person. My in-person interview was very conversational, not a stiff Q&A you might expect at a more corporate company. The bulk of my time was spent speaking with the Managing Partner and a Partner, but I did speak briefly with one of the research associates there. After an hour and a half or so, the interview was over and I left the office. After a few weeks' wait, I received notification of an offer.
