      Basic panel interview with questions around mostly around quality systems (IATF & APQP). Not a single typical question related to operations. The company asked for (3) PowerPoint presentations for IATF, APQP & Kaizen accomplishments that they don’t look at. They also ask you to explain your 100 day plan if you get the job.
