The recruitment process for an internship is very demanding: HR interview, 2-hour technical test (on a Saturday), and a final interview with two team members. The entire process lasted one month.
Despite passing the technical test and investing significant personal time, I received a generic rejection email with no personalized feedback, even after politely requesting it.
Advice to Management:
If you require this level of investment from candidates for an internship position, providing personalized feedback should be standard practice.

I would describe the interview process as frustrating as I never received an answer after the 3 rounds of interviews. This is despite emailing them several times but still no answer. The interview process was composed of:
- Behavioral interview with an analyst and data scientist. We went over my resume and answered basic questions. Also had a small case study based on their product and a technical Python question (no code)
- 2nd behavioral interview with a PM and a technical lead. + HR interview on expectations from the internship.
