Interviewer brings you into their office. Sits you down to fill out some additional paperwork/information they need, plus a small skills (math/english) test. The interview process is very straightforward, just asking questions that ensure you know what the position entails, if your skill set matches, and if the schedule (early morning/late nights) works for you. The interview is friendly and casual.
