Hiring process was smooth, and still in the process.
First call is honestly learning about who you are, why you applied, asking about prior experience & going over desired compensation.
2nd interview was with operations manager who went more in depth about prior SDR experience, behavioral questions, etc.
3rd interview with another Marketing executive who asked about other experience I have using platforms, experience reaching out to prospects etc. & more into the compensation.
Every process has been transparent & questions have been amazing!
