I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kellanova in Jan 2013
Interview
Upon applying for the sales intern position, I received a call from an HR rep after approximately 3 days. We had an hour long phone interview, and approximately 2 weeks later, I received a call for a follow-up interview at Kellogg's headquarters in Battle Creek, MI. The company arranged flights and hotels for all interviewees to come down the day before the interview. That night we had a meet and greet with the interview panel, as well as other key Kellogg employees. The next morning each candidate was given a interview time slot. My interview consisted of 3 people: 2 of which were recruiters and the 3rd was a zone manager. Approximately 2 weeks later, I received a call with an offer.
