I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Yuma, AZ)
Interview
It was very extensive and the whole interview took an hour. He asked A LOT of questions. Some being very long and specific like tell me from the time you graduated high school until now, your successes and failures and how you learned from them and how they shaped you. And tell me what you want in a manager/supervisor. or 3 role models and why.
Then we went over my results from the assessment they sent over after I sent them my application. It's called a KPA. It's actually pretty neat. The results were exactly me. We went over that, then the interview was over. Sent over a thank you email shortly after, then got a call the next day saying he thought I was very experienced, but he chose someone who was equally experienced. The whole time he sounded like he could care less about making the call to me and rushed to get off the phone.

Interview
Amazing people and an amazing interview process. It moved quickly and I was communicated with every step of the way. I didn't get the role, but I will say that they set the bar on what a great interview process looks like

Interview
One on one conversation, great questions, personal experience more of a conversation than being drilled. Interesting questions, interested in what I do know rather than focusing on what I do not know. Overall great experience
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Greenville, SC) in May 2018

The DISC Personality Assessment and a Keller Williams assessment, you meet with the person who would be your supervisor and talk through those assessment and paragraphs of questions where you say on a scale of 1-10 how much that paragraph describes you.
