Since you're working as a consultant, rather than an employee, the process is very easy. The interviewer asked me a few questions about why I wanted to be in real estate and then we simply had a conversation about the job.
Interviewed a team lead regarding day to day, they were descriptive and helpful. Thy outlined what your day to day looks like, the commission structure, the team structure, and how you would get assistance from the office. Helpful

Through interview of both myself and the opportunity to interview the company. I was given detailed information regarding training, agent support, technology and continuing education offered as well as fees and commissions splits. After the interview process I had a great understanding of the culture and benefits KW had to offer.
