      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Colorado Springs, CO) in Jun 2020

      Interview

This interview process was looooong and extremely personal. So this explanation will be long but I want others to be prepared for what you would potentially have to go through. I applied at the middle/end of June. About a week or so later I got an email from the hiring manager to complete an online personality assessment. I did and emailed the results back. A couple days later they wanted to schedule a phone interview so I did. The phone interview took about 10 minutes with very easy questions. After the phone interview, I was sent ANOTHER personality assessment (this one was their own Keller Williams Assessment) to complete that took over an hour. I then emailed the results back. After that, a couple days later we scheduled a zoom interview to go over the personality results. This interview was basically telling you statements about yourself and you had to agree with them on scale from 1-10. It took about an hour or so. Very straightforward. After the initial zoom interview, a day or so later, I was then asked to do another zoom interview with two other individuals on the team. I did and it took about 20 minutes or so. They asked me some very basic questions that felt more like an initial screening interview. After that, a couple of days later, I was asked to come in for a final interview to meet in person at their office. This interview was EXTREMELY personal. You basically tell them all of your personal accomplishments over your entire life and then talk about all of your life goals for the next 3 years. These were written down on a whiteboard as well. Like some other individuals have stated, this interview was very personal. I was okay with it at the time, however, I can see how for some people this is not appropriate. You are basically laying out your goals, like marriage, children, etc. which technically/legally employed cannot ask about. However, it seems that they are getting around this. Now, it was the beginning of August. A couple days after the in-person interview I was offered the job. However, the pay was extremely low (less than what I was currently making), no health benefits, and barely any PTO. I would have also had to move to a city that was significantly more expensive than where I was living. NONE of this came up at all during the interview process. I am always hesitant to ask about these things as well as I am never sure how it will come off. I just assumed at some point they would ask my salary range but they never did. I had to turn the job down. They did come back with slightly more money but again, I had to turn it down because it was still less than what I was making and it wouldn’t even cover the cost or living difference when I had to move. Overall, the interview process was long and too personal. I didn’t hate it but I would have liked to not waste my time and figure out the salary range before going through all of the interviews and having to take time off of work. Be prepared that pay is probably low and the interviews are really personal.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Keller Williams in Feb 2022

      Interview

5 steps to interview one with each member of lead ship. Very over the top and took a week just for interviews some were over 2 hours long. Did not receive a y compensation for that time and training took. Full 90 days until I was able to receive any bonuses for deals. The salary was so low that without bonuses it was nearly impossible to survive on
