I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Keller Williams (New Orleans, LA) in Jan 2025

      Interview

The interview process for a Real Estate Assistant position at Keller Williams is often described as thorough and multi-step, with an emphasis on both skills and cultural fit. Candidates usually begin by submitting an online application, followed by a phone screening with a recruiter or hiring manager to review qualifications and overall fit. A unique feature of the Keller Williams process is the use of behavioral and personality assessments, such as the DISC and AVA tests, which can take up to an hour to complete. These assessments are later discussed during the interview stages to determine how well a candidate’s natural strengths align with the team and the role.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Portland, OR) in Mar 2018

      Interview

Applied online, 1 hour phone interview, 1 hour online personality testing, 3 hour in person interview, another 2 hour in person interview, didn't get call back for 3rd group interview. Timeline was 3-4 weeks. Typical large company interview that followed their nation-wide hiring process. Except for the fact that the Principal Broker asked how old I was and the Group Admin called me a bit mature. Yes, seriously. Had a third interview and offer been presented I would have turned it down. They asked if I wanted to instead become a Broker on their team, I declined.
