Phone screen, 2v recruiter interview, personality test, 3rd recruiter interview/debrief on the test and asked to say whether or not you agree with it/+ why. COO + recruiter interview remote, personality test 2, COO interview in person, sample project, team interview.

5 steps to interview one with each member of lead ship. Very over the top and took a week just for interviews some were over 2 hours long. Did not receive a y compensation for that time and training took. Full 90 days until I was able to receive any bonuses for deals. The salary was so low that without bonuses it was nearly impossible to survive on
