Interview
Simple, Show agent skills. Also show sales skills. Be personable and not scared of the phones. They want people who are aggressive and not nervous. Try to be as confident as possible
It was not immediately clear whether the interview was about the position. But I did not know if the interview was a question of whether the interview would have to go on for a while and I did know it would have been about a week.
Spoke with a team leader about goals in real estate, spoke a little bit about my history and how I ended up here. Then discussed the agency and all that was offered at this location.
