I applied online. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2022
Interview
A couple of questions over the phone the interview was laid back and to the point. Asked questions about what you would like to do in the future and how you plan on getting there.
Several one on one interviews and then interview with multiple higher level employees. Also a personality test to start. It does seem a lot for the type of position and pay.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical questions about strengths and weaknesses. Projects you worked on.
A bunch of psychological tests that they already know the answers to by the time you get to the interview. They will then ask you questions about yourself, only for them to then tell you that they knew you were never qualified for the job, thus wasting 2 hours of your time.
Extremely long, with many meetings. I'd say it was very intensive for a pretty low risk position. Not really worth the time unless you are 100% sure you want the position.
