I met a team lead and knew it was the perfect place for me, the training, resources and charisma was exactly what I was looking for, I decided to join them
Open and friendly. Gave thorough information regarding office culture and requirements. Set expectations for success and provided the multitude of resources to achieve success. Detailed new agent training program along with ongoing training available.
I interviewed a few big and small brokerages and KW had great education, global and good culture. They have support on how to be success as well and their name carries for a beginner.
Asked about hours, salary expectations and experience. I wasn't able to contribute to their needs, but very friendly people and benefits were acceptable.i was looking for part time work only.
