Sit down meeting with team leader. Went over what the company was about and what they had to offer associates. Also went over commission structure and profit sharing program. Discussed monthly and yearly fees associated with being a KW Realtor.

I met a team lead and knew it was the perfect place for me, the training, resources and charisma was exactly what I was looking for, I decided to join them
I interviewed a few big and small brokerages and KW had great education, global and good culture. They have support on how to be success as well and their name carries for a beginner.
Asked about hours, salary expectations and experience. I wasn't able to contribute to their needs, but very friendly people and benefits were acceptable.i was looking for part time work only.
