You sit down with Jonny or Janea and they ask you questions about real estate. You feel like you are actually being interviewed, but they except everyone. Really the whole purpose is to see how your personality will do with other people in the office. This office is very family oriented and a great unity feeling.

I met a team lead and knew it was the perfect place for me, the training, resources and charisma was exactly what I was looking for, I decided to join them
I interviewed a few big and small brokerages and KW had great education, global and good culture. They have support on how to be success as well and their name carries for a beginner.
Asked about hours, salary expectations and experience. I wasn't able to contribute to their needs, but very friendly people and benefits were acceptable.i was looking for part time work only.
