Interview
Personal meeting outside of the office, 1.25 hours, general personal and real estate questions. No pressure. Second meeting in the office 2.5 hours. All paperwork, ICA Agreement, expenses, support, training, profit sharing, expectations. Commission splits, royalty fees etc. Then a tour of the office.

What is the part of the real estate business I like the most?
I interviewed a few big and small brokerages and KW had great education, global and good culture. They have support on how to be success as well and their name carries for a beginner.
Asked about hours, salary expectations and experience. I wasn't able to contribute to their needs, but very friendly people and benefits were acceptable.i was looking for part time work only.
