Kelly Park Limited interview questions

Kelly park asked for me to write a review on my exit interview to help describe the company in the community so id like to review my recruiter/hr support within the company. I was contacted by a lady in the HR department to talk about my CV and experience in social care. During our informal chat she asked me information regarding my experience, some scenarios, training and experience. All of which were engaging. Following the lovely conversation she agreed to setup an interview date. I received an email invite and information to bring such as: training and education and included the dress code which was smart casual. I was greeted at the door and invited to sign in, the interview began and we discussed kelly parks values and ethics too see if there was a fit between me and there expectations. The interview lasted 40 minutes and was very pleasant. Following the interview i was called further to discuss my personal circumstances and availability and a position was offered. I really enjoyed the continuity of having a familliar face all through my introduction, interview, induction and reviews whilst working at kelly park. It wasnt just continuity for the service users but also for myself.
