My recurtor setup the interview, we had 2 interviews before I interviewed with Kemper. Only one interview needed with 3 IT managers on video call. I was offered the Job the same day as my interview.
One of the best interviews ever. Very kind people. Too many applicants in the talent pool these days. Perfect interview, but they selected someone else. Still felt heard and appreciated. Would interview again.

Extremely thorough and very transparent about the position responsibilities, challenges and expectations. They give you every opportunity to prove yourself based on your past experiences. Interviewers were easy to speak with and have a great dialogue.
