      Sales Associate Interview

      Interview

The interview process was extremely drawn out—spanning six weeks, six rounds, multiple assessments, and even reference checks—yet there was continued hesitation in providing a final decision. Instead, the process kept being extended without clarity. They ask references, certificates and finally say they selected someone else. This approach comes across as highly unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for a candidate’s time and effort.
