Began with one phone interview, followed by three in-person interviews. The interviews were less about myself, and more of a "showcase" of the products being tested by the group.

Short interview with your expected supervisor on-site. The interview was mostly personal questions to gauge my character. Particularly they were interested in my academics, since I had no prior work experience. There wasn't a written personality or engineering quiz. No phone screening process, group panel, or presentation required. I recall a brief tour around the facility.
