      Junior HR Administrator Interview

      17 Sept 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Kentro

      Interview

When I asked for feedback after not getting chosen to move beyond a phone screen, I was told that I did not move forward because the team felt the commute would be too much for me in the future (about 90mins roundtrip, which is standard for this area). I was also told that the team felt I would not have time to do training relevant to the position while pursuing another degree, despite showing that I had done it before while working full-time. They made assumptions without knowing, which is completely unacceptable for an organization, as well as potentially discriminating to candidates based on their zip code.

      Question 1

General phone screen such as what attracted me to the position and salary requirements.
