I applied online and later I was invited to SJT, numerical and verbal tests. Lastly they invited me to a video interview. I had never used this system so it was a bit weird but you can practise to feel more comfortable. Here your answers are timed, so make sure you can manage the time they give you and go straight to the important things. Make sure you research the company and find a way to align your answers with the company's mission and values and the program itself. They also asked something specific about the food industry and Kerry's role in it.
