I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kessler Foundation (East Hanover, NJ) in Jul 2018
Interview
This was one of my most enjoyable interviewing experiences to date! The on site interview consisted of one-on-one interviews with different research scientists and coordinators, all of whom were friendly, welcoming, enthusiastic and helpful. Most of the interviews were more conversational--with interviewers wanting to know more about my background, resume and interests. Large portions of the interview were set aside for me to ask questions, so make sure you do your homework! They were excited when I had questions for them, because they're looking for passionate, intelligent and eloquent people who really want to help people.

Interview
It was very straightforward and took about 3 hrs. You meet several different people in a scheduled time frame but they were all very nice and conversational it wasn’t a nerve wracking experience at all
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kessler Foundation (West Orange, NJ) in Aug 2015
Interview
Interview was very friendly and welcoming, which is why I was sold immediately. I met with two research scientists, the research coordinator, the research manager, and some fellow RAs. Everybody did a great job of at least pretending to be friendly during the interview. The interview was about 3-4 hours long and you meet with many different people.
