One of the questions was if you had a manager and the manager suddenly decided that the production workers would not adopt an existing method and a new method should be adopted which in his eyes is better and more efficient, another engineer opposes him and says that it is not true and that this new method is ineffective

what was a positive change you made at your previous work
It was very easy and transparent. The leadership was very responsive and open about the company and opportunities. I would recommend the company to any one in the market. While I didnt take the job it was a great overall experience.
