Key Autism Services Customer Service/Technical Support interview questions

Applied online. Got e-mail from manager in Massachusetts to have a phone interview the next day. Man sounded out of it like a person would just waking up. Focused on a job I had that was nowhere near as important as other jobs that I had that woulod qualify me for position I applied for. Asked how my experience, over 30 years, would benefit his company. I explained, then he asked me to be more detailed. Explained again. Still did not get it. CLUELESS. I should of known when he first asked me why I cant find a job. Explained the market, etc, and he has the nerve to say "Oh, is the market bad out there?" CLUELESS.
