I spent about a month during this process maybe a little more. 1. aptitude test - called the bennet test, basic physics questions with gears, pulleys , and leavers 2. I think you have a quick phone call with hr - getting to know you very dry won't give you emotion back 3. hirevue- you record yourself answering questions, you literally talk to yourself no human interaction. questions like why keyence, what demotivates you, tell me a situation where you were uncomfortable, i can't remember anymore it was a while ago 4. calliper test- just answer the questions like you are an extrovert and love people and you will do fine 5. final interview- you get a product to to do a presentation on - know it inside and out.... really think about it and how it can help the customer. keyence will email you the brochure. also they ask you to sell them a pen.
