Interview
I was scheduled for a phone interview on March 11, 2026. The recruiter didn't call me so I emailed them asking if it was possible to reschedule. The emailed me the next day citing "Technical Issues" and scheduled me for the 18th.
I had a ~20 minute discussion explaining the position and answering basic questions about my experience and how my engineering background can help in sales.
They moved me on to the next round and the earliest I could schedule was March 27th. The morning of the 26th I got an email saying the position was filled.
The recruiter never responded to any email I had regarding the position either. Overall it was a pretty negative experience.
Very odd, one hirevue and then they fly you out to chicago. The chicago process is smooth. One interview and roll play. Great time to practice skills and continue to get better.

Interview
The interview process starts with an informational session. After that, you complete a digital interview assessment, and only those who pass move on to a traditional Zoom interview. There are definitely a lot of stages you have to pass to get to the final round.

They may conduct a mock sales conversation where you will have to sell them something. Or they may ask you what you think will be the hardest part of the job.
Good practice for the job, multiple stages involving phone screening with HR, meeting with director, then mock presentation and interview with manager. Make sure to practice discovery questions for the mock presentations to help you understand client needs.
