I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Keyence (Huntsville, AL) in Jul 2016
Interview
I'll cut to the final interview and after process since everyone covered the rest. I drove to the local office for my final interview, even though I was not interviewing for that location. The interview consisted of a "getting to know you" period, followed by a 5 min sales presentation on one of their products, and a 15 min sales Roleplay where you sell pens. It was a hard interview to prepare for; the PDF they send you for your product presentation is 35 pages long. It took me awhile to prepare, but I nailed it. Put in the work and it'll pay off. Primarily because they can see if you care enough to put in the proper amount of studying to kill your interview. That's what they want to see -- hard work. After my interview I didn't hear back for nearly 3 weeks. They kept me updated via email though, so I had a feeling I was the top candidate during the process.
Long story short -- prepare. Prepare for all the steps and you'll do fine. Also, I got a 98 on my caliper exam, so a word of advice -- answer aggressively and don't act like pleasing people is your top priority. Often times people try to answer these things like they love people, and they don't even actually feel that way. Well don't do that, because luckily for you, they don't want that. Answer honestly (i.e. aggressively; we are sales people after all) and be consistent in your responses and you'll be good.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Keyence
Interview
My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Keyence (Hanoi) in Apr 2026
Interview
In the initial round, i have quick interview with the HR staff, and a 30 minutues IQ test (the test was moderate level i think)
I think all people there all pass Round 1 tho
I applied online. I interviewed at Keyence (Hanoi) in Apr 2026
Interview
1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
