Attritional and confronting. Next to no pleasantries, entirely technical and the most disappointing part was that the hiring manager had no interest whatsoever with who I am as person. Despite being overqualified and answering the questions to the best of my ability (which for the most part were subjective in nature) even if I was offered the role, I would have declined.
