Kiddie Academy interview questions

I got a call in the middle of the day and they asked me if I can come in for an interview in the next hour or so. I felt very comfortable during the interview process and it felt more like a casual conversation about my background in childcare. I was immediately given an offer on the spot and even matched the wage to another job offer I had.
