Friendly! Casual. Did 2 interviews, one more solo and one with a panel of existing artists. The director at the time had a clear vision and communicated well, and the artists answered all of my questions with clarity.

They asked about my general experience with products, specifically if I had any experience with making/designing plushes or sewing. They also asked about my sculpting process for a design test I took.
