Called one day, went in the next day, was hired on the spot. That alone made me a bit concerned that they had a high turnover rate. Should have listed to my gut.

No difficult questions, just the standard why you love kids etc. etc.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kids ‘R’ Kids (Tomball, TX) in Nov 2014
Interview
Applied in person and attached my resume to the application. A few days later I get a phone call to set up an interview date and time. Going into the interview, I was asked for a copy of my resume (even though I submitted one with my application in person) but I had a copy with me. We went over my resume and asked a few basic questions regarding my experience of past childcare and why I wanted to work for Kid's R Kid's.
