Easy and quick, they did seem desperate to hire people though. From what I have heard many other people have had similar experiences, and those taking the job said it was horrible and not even teaching.
It depends on each schools. Basic questions about English level, experience or personality. Better to get the job if you have worked there as part timer or have recommendations from friends.
Basic questions such as why teaching and what you can contribute with. As well as a language check, speaking Japanese helps as its a English work environment but they want to hear you won´t use it with the kids.
