I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kidsfirst Family Resource Center (Roseville, CA)
Interview
I first completed a phone interview with two of the lead Supervisors. The next step was a one on one interview where I was asked a series of questions regarding my past work experience and how I would respond to certain case management situations. The interview was fairly easy overall. The only dilemma was that it took them over three weeks to get back to me with an offer for the position and I did not hear from them at all during that time nor were any of my phone calls returned. However, I was eventally offered a position and accepted.
