After applying online I did a brief phone interview with the assistant to the CEO. Following that phase I went to the office and sat down for a face-to-face interview with the CEO, Director of Operations, and the Art Director. We talked for nearly an hour. They were thoughtful in their questions and answered all questions I had for them as well.
