Submitted my resume to a recruiter at a career fair at my university. They called me to schedule an interview on campus for the following day. The interview was 30 minutes and was pretty casual. About 2 months later I got an email offering a co-op position that would begin the following semester. A potential mentor called me to discuss possible projects and answer any questions I had about the offer.

Interview
Talked to recruiters at a career fair and was offered an interview a couple days later. Interviewed in a small room with two recruiters, a new hire and a someone who had worked there for several years. They asked six standard behavioral questions off of a sheet and took notes while I talked. Recruiters were friendly and engaged.

Interview
First met them through an on-campus event.
About 3 days afterwards they asked for my availability for an interview.
The interview was mostly behavioral questions, about 45 minutes long.
There weren't any curve balls with these questions, pretty straight forward stuff.
You should go in with some knowledge of the company and have an idea of which area you want to work in.
