I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at KinderCare Learning Centers (Cincinnati, OH) in Apr 2018
Interview
Before my interview I arrived 10 minutes in advance and was seated and had to wait an additional 15 minutes to be interviewed. During my wait, one of the employees took me to each classroom and didn’t give any description or details about the classrooms settings and how they were different and what goes on in each class, so as I went from room to room, I was very confused and felt misinformed about the company.
When I applied for the job, i thought it was going to be a great opportunity for me since it was apart of Bethesda hospital, with great benefits. I was thinking more of a school setting with a set curriculum, not a daycare. The facility was not up to date and didn’t offer any benefits as far as tuition reimbursement after an Associates degree, which left me uninterested.
