I was a process that was done online and very comfortable without pressure. Zoom was the platform of choice and worked well for the interview despite not being optimal for an interview. In person is always best to for a read.

I was asked very few questions about my experience and more about what I was willing to do in the position. I had no prior experience and was told that they needed someone urgently, so I was guaranteed the job.

I was invited to one hour on site interview with center director. I was asked about my previous experience with kids, teamwork, my qualities, concerns, situation type questions, and things like that.

Asked general questions about prior experience working with kids and teaching, (ie. what age groups, how long?) and asked what type of a teacher you are, what would your daily routine be?
