Kinderberry Hill interview questions

Met with two individuals who were very kind. Interview started with telling me that they don't have much of a budget and could only offer a much lower than average wage for the position.

Reviewed resume. Got a phone call. Was interviewed and hired 3 days later. The first interview was over the phone then an in person interview. I was asked about hypothetical situations and how I would react to benefit the children. They want calm, professional candidates.
