First response by HR via phone call, approximately 2 weeks after submitting the application online. I was invited for an interview with the Head of Research as well as the project responsible person. Hospital and projects were introduced first and then I had to introduce myself. Interviewers were prepared well and showed interest in me as a person and in my work.
