Very typical for higher ed, no surprises. Presented my research both to the faculty in my discipline and to college at large. Met with a very pro-faculty Dean of faculty. Felt incredibly supported by this student-centered, highly ethical leader. (He left when the leadership went off the tracks). Met with students. Very impressed. Found heads of other disciplines to be collegial and interesting.
