Online application and resume collection. Long process to hear about getting an interview and post-interview. Interview panel. Too many questions / sub-questions for the allotted time. Very vague questions that were difficult to identify what was truly being asked. Dark room. Diversity of panel members.

Interview
It was scheduled with relatively short notice, both rounds. I was handed a copy of the interview questions while waiting in the lobby. The second round also involved an exercise - they had me sit at a PC to type a strategy for half an hour. Both rounds of interviews were held by groups of 4-5 people.
