Interviewed in the context of walk in day, resume also submitted on website. Despite having the full required qualifications and experience, I never heard anything or any feedback. Messaged the hiring manager on LinkedIn who was probably too busy to give me the courtesy of a reply. The person who seemingly got the role (based on LinkedIn search) was an internal promotion, not really fulfilling the whole role description.

Recruit Calls to set up a phone interview before being selected for an in-person interview with the inventory manager. Phone interview with the recruiter is about 20 minutes long. You are asked about experience, team player abilities, pay requirements, and a few other questions about how you would fit the position.
