The interview process was relatively straightforward, consisting of two technical rounds and one HR round. The technical interviews were more of a discussion about the job scope and responsibilities. The final round was with HR, where we talked about the compensation package. The HR representative asked about my current salary and mentioned that she would share their offer immediately after our call. However, despite following up with two emails, I never received any response from the company. It seems like they ghosted me. Companies should be transparent when inviting candidates for interviews—if there are no available positions, they shouldn’t waste a candidate’s time. And if there are financial constraints, the least they can do is communicate that respectfully instead of disappearing after the final discussion.
