Interview
Very quick, since I can speak Japanese I was hired relatively quickly and with easy. Salary was entry level and was arranged through a JP recruiting agency. I received an offer within a week after my interview.
The process was very straight forward-- my interviews mostly wanted to check and confirm that I was capable of speaking business-level Japanese, and could handle the job and daily responsibilities.

They wanted to check my language skills and asked many questions about my time living in Japan.
Straightforward interview process at this specific company. Simple submission of resume, leadership reviewed and reverted back asking for interview. They were really flexible on interview times. Interviewed by two members of the management team.
