The interview process is quite lengthy and confusing with many steps: phone interview, test assignment, assignment review, Azure technical interview, Linux technical interview, team fit interview, a chat with the founder. Each step will take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours, they don't tell you if there are any other candidates or how many and yet they can dump you after any of the steps and even if you go through all of them but there is another candidate they like better. So, don't go there unless you are desperate or prepared to spend hours to go through the process.
Also, there seems to be a lot of politics going on inside the company - teams in Canada vs. teams in UK, DevOps vs. IT etc. Some people got a bit nervous when I asked if there is anything they'd like to change in the company and some of the answers didn't seem to be sincere. After going through the first 5 stages I didn't get an offer because according to HR they decided to hire somebody from UK. As simple as that, based on location for a remote position, as most of the IT team is in the UK.
