Recruiter scheduled phone interview. About 15 minutes past scheduled call, I sent recruiter email stating I did not get the call and was not impressed by their lack of punctuality. Recruiter replied, interviewer was stuck in meeting and would call in 5 minutes. I waited 8 minutes more, recruiter called me stating Consigli interviewer tried calling me but the call was not going through and gave me the phone number to call. I tried calling twice and there was no connection. I was disappointed and not impressed with Consigli's company culture. I called recruiter and told them I was no longer interested in speaking with Consigli as this shows unprofessional and disrespectful company culture. If the interviewer was running late, I'd expect them to call me to let me know they're running late or to reschedule. Additionally, the company surely has multiple phone lines to call me if they were having technical phone problems.
