Long and intensive but the managers were easy to talk to. Just be yourself and describe why you think you will be a good fit. If you have any previous experience than talk about it in detail.

Pretty standard. Asked if I'd have experience, laid out what would be expected of me and if I felt I was up to the task. Also explained the culture of a country club. Not difficult at all.
